What we can and can't see.

You'd be connecting your candidate database to an AI, through a company that also recruits. You should know exactly what that means. Here it is, plainly.

  1. 0candidate records kept by us
  2. 1JobAdder account your workspace can reach
  3. AUwhere the connector is hosted

Where a request goes.

  1. A consultant asks Claude

In their own Claude workspace, on your agency's plan.

  2. Claude picks an action

From a fixed list the connector publishes: search candidates, open a job, add a note. It can't do anything that isn't on the list, and you can switch items off.

  3. NativeMCP asks JobAdder, as that person

Using that consultant's own JobAdder login, so their own permissions apply. There's no shared login.

  4. The answer goes back to Claude

It passes straight through. We don't keep a copy.

What we keep, and what we don't.

Straight from how the connector is built.

  • We keep: each person's JobAdder sign-in, encryptedSealed with AES-256 before it's stored, so a copy of our database isn't a copy of anyone's sign-in. Access can be withdrawn for one person or your whole agency at once.
  • We keep: a record of useWho used which tool, when, whether it worked, and a one-line reason when it didn't, with emails and long numbers masked. That's what the weekly report is built from.
  • We don't keep: your candidates or clientsNo copy of your database, and no record of what anyone searched for or what came back.
  • We keep briefly: server logsFor fixing faults. They're kept for 14 days.

What about Claude itself?

Conversations live in your agency's Claude workspace, under your plan's settings, the same as anything else your team types into Claude.

We recommend Anthropic's Team plan. Anthropic doesn't train its models on Team plan data. Its personal plans work differently, so check the plan before anyone pastes candidate details in. We don't train AI on your data at all.

Yes, we recruit too.

Digital Native places technology people in Brisbane and beyond, so you're right to ask. The connector holds each consultant's JobAdder sign-in so it can act for them. We use it only to carry out that consultant's own requests, we keep no copy of what comes back, and our records show activity, not content. You can revoke any sign-in instantly.

Ask for a confidentiality and non-use agreement before you connect anything.

Your workspace is locked to your own JobAdder account. Any attempt to connect it to a different account is refused and recorded.

If your clients or your insurer need more than this page, ask. We'll walk through it in writing. Our privacy policy is at digitalnative.io/privacy.

The switches you hold.

  • Deleting is offUnless your agency asks for it and understands what it's turning on.
  • Any tool can be switched offIncluding sending SMS. Per agency, per workspace.
  • Access ends when you sayFor one person or the whole agency, immediately.
  • Unsure writes are flaggedIf a change might have half-landed, the connector says so and Claude checks before trying again.
