Aaron Thomas
Director and founder. Aaron founded Digital Native in 2016 and has 20 years in technology recruitment. Before that he was Practice Leader, Technology at Hudson, then General Manager, Technology for Queensland and New South Wales at Davidson, where he built and led some of the largest technology recruitment teams in Queensland.
He has recruited everyone from engineers to CTOs and engineering leaders, for startups through to state government. He's a Certified ScrumMaster and has spent his career close to software teams, which is why he builds the tools himself.
NativeMCP started as his own connection between Claude and JobAdder. It now runs as a managed service for recruitment agencies, and he runs every engagement.
